Shrink sleeves wrap complex bottle shapes and can include perforation for tamper evidence. Suitable for PET and many HDPE profiles.
Foiling
Hot-foil highlights on caps and selected containers.
Foil stamping is used on premium personal-care closures and jars where metallic branding is required without a full label.
Customized Packaging
Colour matching, private moulds and pack development from brief to fill-ready.
When an open mould is not enough, Pektron supports custom colour, new tooling and 3D review before steel is cut. Development covers bottle, closure and decoration as one pack.
Product Assembly Solutions
Kitting of bottle, cap, pump and accessories before dispatch.
Pumps, dip tubes, overcaps and bottles can be assembled and packed as sets so your filling line receives ready components.
IML (In-Mould Labelling)
Labels fused in the mould for durable, no-wrap decoration.
In-mould labelling is offered on selected injection containers where scuff-resistant graphics and a no-label look are required.
Special Finishing Services
Frosting look, metallising discussion, soft-touch and other decorative finishes.
Finishing options depend on resin and geometry. Share a target sample or reference pack and the team will confirm what can be run at commercial MOQ.
